Ingredients:
2 c. rice crispies
2 c. regular oats
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. soy nuts
1/2 c. dried fruit
1/2 c. almonds

3/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. corn syrup
3/4 c. brown sugar
Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine peanut butter, corn syrup, and brown sugar in sauce pan. Cook until bubbly (3-5 minutes) on medium heat.
Pour liquid over dry ingredients and mix. Place in greased 9x13 pan. When cool, cut into squares.

Comment:
We like these with almond butter, dried cherries, chopped nuts and white chocolate chips. I just make sure the add-ins equal the 2 cups to replace the seeds and nuts.
