Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/2 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
2 Tbl. powdered protein supplement
1 1/2 Tbl. flax seed
1 tsp. Honey
1/2 cup Frozen strawberries
Instructions:
In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. I use tofu instead of the protein supplement because it adds a lot of calories and you still get the protein. The nutrition information for this recipe includes the protein powder. Add about 65 calories for .25 of a block of tofu and 6.5 grams of protein. I add less than .25 of a block. Feel free to play around with the fruit and the yogurt too.

Sodium: 283 mg.
Carbohydrates: 56.1 g.
Dietary Fiber: 10.1 g.
Protein: 26.2 g.

My calculations without the protein powder and .25 block of tofu:
Calories: 284
Protein: 10.5 g.
Fiber: 7.8 g.
Fat: 5.6 g.
Fiber: 7.5 g.
Fat: 2 g.
