Ingredients:
2 small packages of vanilla instant pudding
2 cups buttermilk
1 can pineapple tidbits
2 small cans of mandarin oranges
12 oz CoolWhip
Shortbread Cookies (the kind with a chocolate side and a striped chocolate side)
Instructions:
Beat the packages of vanilla instant pudding with the buttermilk. Add the pineapple and oranges. Gently fold in the CoolWhip. Right before serving, crush (in bite size pieces) approximately 2/3 of the package of cookies (you may add more if you would like). Gently fold cookies in salad.

Buttermilk can be substituted with regular milk.
