Ingredients:
1 c fat free cottage cheese
1 c regular oats (not instant)
½ c milled flax seed
6 egg whites
¾ - 1 c water
Instructions:
In a blender combine ingredients and blend well. Pour out into a fry pan (use pam) on medium heat. This should make a batch of 5 or 6. Use the water to make the batter thin enough so it pours easily into the pan. These end up very moist and need very little syrup. Eating them with some berries makes it a complete breakfast that will make you full for a while!
