Ingredients:
Whip the following:
1 c milk
2 eggs
1/2 c applesauce
½ c sugar

Then add:
½ tsp cinnamon
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. After baking, roll in melted butter and a cinnamon and sugar mixture.
