Ingredients:
1 T olive oil
1 large diced onion
4 lbs cubed elk (or beef)
2-4 T Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 cups beef stock from bouillon
1 packet dry onion soup mix
6 large carrots
8 medium potatoes
1 lb cut green beans fresh or frozen (optional)
2 t cornstarch
2 t salt
1 T pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
Instructions:
Heat oil in the bottom of pressure cooker on Sauté (press 2x for More setting). Season meat with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Add onion and cubed meat, cook until browned on all sides.
Stir in beef broth and add 1 packet of onion soup mix. Set Instant Pot to High Pressure, cook for 40 minutes. Natural pressure release.
Add diced potatoes, carrots and optional green beans. Add salt and pepper. Mix corn starch with 1/4 cup of cold water and add. Add can of cream of chicken soup. Set Instant Pot to High Pressure, cook for 15 minutes.
