Ingredients:
2 T McCormick Smokehouse Maple
1 t crushed red pepper
1 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
2 t black pepper
1 t salt

Vegetables
Olive oil
Instructions:
Combine rub ingredients.
Cut up vegetables (zucchini, yellow squash, jalapenos, broccoli, peas, etc)
Drizzle some olive oil over the vegetables and mix well. Generously coat the vegetables with rub. Grill at 250 to 300° until tender. Mix frequently.
