Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds carrots
1/3 c packed brown sugar
2 TB margarine or butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp grated orange peel
Instructions:
Prepare carrots and cook (approximately 20 minutes). Cook remaining ingredients in skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly. Stir in carrots. Cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are glazed and hot. (I don’t include the salt and orange peel.)
