Ingredients:
Pancake Mix - your favorite

Cinnamon Filling:
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon

Cream Cheese Glaze:
4 Tablespoons butter
2 ounces cream cheese
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix up the Cinnamon filling and place in a piping bag or Ziploc with the corner cut off.

Mix up your pancake batter.

Pour out pancake batter onto medium heat griddle (too hot and it burns the sugar in the cinnamon mixture) and immediately swirl some of the cinnamon filling on top. Cook both sides of the pancake. Clean up the extra caramelized cinnamon mixture from the griddle between batches.

Serve with syrup and/or cream cheese glaze.
