Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup white wine vinegar
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp honey
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
Incorporate all ingredients into a blender and mix well. Pour into serving bottle and let chill to thicken. Shake well for each use.
