Ingredients:
1 bag of chopped spinach
1 cup Craisins
1 c cooked and broken-up bacon
1 c cubed Provolone cheese
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)

Dressing:
1/3 c vinegar
½ c olive oil
1 tsp mustard
½ c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp poppy seeds
Instructions:
Toss all salad ingredients together in large salad bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a separate container. Toss dressing over salad mixture and serve immediately.
