Ingredients:
½ gal water
2 c Kosher Salt
2 c sugar
¼ c Onion Powder
¼ c Garlic Powder
1/8 c black pepper (fresh ground is best)

1½ gal ice water
Instructions:
After cleaning turkey and removing innards, mix the ingredients in a pot and bring to boil. (Not ice water yet.)

After Boil, remove from heat and add 1.5 gal of ice water and when solution reaches room temp, place the Turkey in the pot (fully submersed) and into the fridge for 12-24 hours.
