Ingredients:
Lean Ground Beef
Chopped Onion
Chopped Peppers
BBQ Sauce
Sliced American Cheese
Any other desired ingredients to add
Instructions:
Mix all ingredientes (except for sliced cheese) as you would meat loaf. Form large fat burger patties. Punch a hole in the center (looks like a small donut hole.) This hole allows for the burger to cook center out and outside in which cooks faster and juicier. Add cheese slices at the end. Serve on a bun.
