Ingredients:
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 TBSP black pepper
2 TBSP ground ginger powder
2 TBSP onion powder
2 tsp rosemary powder
Instructions:
Makes about 3 cups. Rub on pork or ribs.

Rub generously onto pork shoulder for pulled pork about 1-2 hours before smoking.

Dump all ingredients together. Use immediately or store in ziplock bag.
