Ingredients:
14" Lodge Camp Dutch Oven
28 charcoal briquettes

Ingredients:
1 Large Onion
16 oz Bacon (cut into pieces)
8 potatoes (sliced very thin)
2 cups grated cheese
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Fry the bacon in the Dutch oven over coals. Remove cooked bacon and drain on paper towels. Using the bacon drippings in the pan, simmer the sliced onion. Add the sliced potatoes and bacon and mix thoroughly. Add Salt and Pepper as desired. Then allow to cook for 1 hour (or until potatoes are cooked – soft). When fully cooked, add the cheese to the top and serve.
