Ingredients:
Combined and let yeast soften:
1 TB yeast, 1 ½ cups warm water

Add:
2 TB sugar
½ tsp salt
3 cups flour

Topping:
Butter
garlic salt
parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Knead for 3 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes in bowl. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Roll dough on cookie sheet. Cut dough with pizza cutter. Melt ½ cup butter and brush on dough. Sprinkle with garlic salt and parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
