Ingredients:
1 ½ cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
grated peel of 1 lemon
2 eggs
½ cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter

Topping:
Juice of 1 lemon and 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions:
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven. Spoon topping on. Makes one loaf of bread.
