Ingredients:
2 boxes of brownie mix
Ingredients needed to make brownie batter
1 sleeve graham crackers
6 Hershey’s chocolate bars
1 bag mini marshmallows
12" dutch oven with 14 coals above and 10 below
Instructions:
Prepare the brownie batter ahead of time with its required ingredients. Place the batter into a gallon ziplock bag for use when you are ready to cook.
Line the 12" dutch oven with foil.
-Slice off a corner of the gallon ziplock batter bag and squeeze half of the brownie batter into the bottom of the dutch oven.
-Layout a full layer of graham crackers to coat the top of the brownie batter.
-Layout a full layer of chocolate bars on top of the graham crackers.
-Pour out a layer of mini marshmallows
-Squeeze out the remaining batter on top of the marshmallows
Cook in the dutch over until brownies are cooked - about 45 minutes. Rotate the ducth oven every 15 minutes clockwise on the coals. Rotate the lid every 15 minutes counter clockwise on the coals. This allows for better heat distribution and even cooking.
