Ingredients:
3 c. warm water
1 TB. salt
1/3 c. sugar (or brown sugar if you use white and wheat flour)
1/3 c. oil
7 1/2 c. flour (or 3 c. wheat, 4 1/2 c. white)
2 TB yeast
Instructions:
Mix for 30 seconds. Add more flour if needed. Mix for 7 1/2 minutes. Divide into 3 loaves. Let dough rise. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

**Amy's notes. You can replace the sugar for either brown sugar or honey if making wheat bread.
