Ingredients:
2 c butter, softened
1 (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
2 3/4 c flour

1 (13 oz) pckg Rolo Candies

1/4 c confectioners sugar for rolling
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350.

In large bowl, beat butter and flour together until smooth and soft. Stir in cake mix to form soft dough.

Roll into 1 inch balls. Press a Rolo into the center of each cookie, so that the cookie covers the candy completely. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Then while they are still warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
