  Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients:
½ cup butter
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

36 miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions:
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place in a mini-muffin tin.

Cook at 350° for 8 minutes.

Immediately press a miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup into each cookie.

Cool for 10 minutes.

Yield: 3 dozen
