Ingredients:
Crust:
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar

Brownie:
1 box favorite Brownie mix (for 8x8 pan)
egg
oil
water

Topping:
50 large marshmallows
Instructions:
Crust:
Crush graham crackers, add sugar and stir in melted butter. Place this in the bottom of a foil lined 8x8 pan (spray foil with cooking spray). Place in 325 for 20 minutes (until crust is golden)

Brownie:
Mix up brownie batter according to box instructions. Pour batter into the prepared pan on top of cooked crust. Bake until the top is crispy and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out mostly clean, with a few crumbs, about 40 to 45 minutes.

Topping:
Layer marshmallows across the top of the cooked brownie and place back into the oven (now on Broil and using top rack) to toast under the broiler until golden, (keep an eye on it, it can go quick), about 2 minutes.

Cool on a rack, gently removing the brownies from the pan using the aluminum foil. Serve and enjoy!
