Ingredients:
½ cup margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion.
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pckg alfredo sauce mix
1 ½ TB flour
½ quart half and half
1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
2 cups cooked chicken, cut or shredded
Instructions:
Melt the margarine and saute the chopped onion. Add garlic powder, chicken bouillon, pepper, alfredo sauce mix and flour. Mix well. Then add half and half all at once. Stir until thick. Stir in Velveeta cheese and stir until melted. Add additional milk if desired. Then add chicken. Serve over hot cooked fettuccine noodles.
