Ingredients:
Topping
1 1/2 c butter (cold)
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking powder

Filling
6 large apples
1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Combine topping, cut in butter and set aside.
Peel and slice apples. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and cinnamon and place in 9x13 baking pan. Crumble topping on top.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with ice cream or whip cream.
