Ingredients:
8 boneless chicken breasts
8 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter
2 c. Pepperidge Farms Herb Stuffing Mix
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place chicken in lightly buttered 9x13 dish. Cover with slices of Swiss cheese. Mix cream of chicken soup with milk and pour over cheese. Mix butter and dry stuffing and sprinkle on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, and bake 30 minutes.
**Amy's notes. I always filet my chicken. You'll need to shorten the cooking time if you do this.
