Ingredients:
3 lb pork roast
16 oz salsa
1 can coke
2 cups brown sugar
water
Instructions:
Fill crock pot with the roast then fill it half way with water. Cook on highest setting of the crock pot for 5 hours.

Take the pork out after 5 hours and drain all the liquid off
Discard the liquid. Shred the roast with a fork.
Place the meat back into the crock pot.
Puree the salsa in the blender and transfer to a bowl.
Add the coke and the brown sugar and mix together.
Pour this mixture over the shredded roast and cook on high for 3 more hours.
