Ingredients:
2 lb. top sirloin cut in strips or stew meat
Butter
Onion
1 t. minced garlic

6 c. water
6 t. beef bouillon or beef paste
3 cloves
1 t. salt
½ t. pepper
½ t. basil

1 ½ c. water
½ c. flour
Instructions:
Sauté together sirloin, butter, onion and garlic.

Simmer beef mixture and next 6 ingredients together (or Crockpot for 3 or 4 hours).

Mix water and flour together, add it to the gravy and let the gravy simmer again.
