Ingredients:
6 cups pureed peaches
3 cups raspberries
1 pkg raspberry flavored drink mix unsweetened
1 Tbs Knox gelatin
2 packages no sugar needed pectin

3 cups Xyletol
Instructions:
Mix together peaches, respberries, and drink mix in large pot.
Slowly sprinkle gelatin into fruit mixture stirring then slowly mix pectin into fruit stirring to mix thoroughly.
Bring to a boil then add Xyletol and boil a full minute.
Steam jars and lids then fill with hot syrup and seal tightly or place in freezer containers.
