Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef/turkey
1 pkg 6 oz stove top stuffing mix
1 cup water
1 teaspoons garlic powder (I may have forgotten this when I brought it to you)
¾ cup BBQ sauce
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Mix meet, stuff mix, I cup water and the garlic powder until well blended. (I mix the stuffing and the water together first, then add the meat and seasonings)
3. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray; make an indentation in the center of each with spoon
4. Spoon the BBQ sauce into the center of each meat loaf
5. Bake 30 minutes or until meat leaves are cooked through. Top with cheese and continue baking 5 more minutes.
