Cheese Ball (Grandpa Baker)

2 lbs cream cheese 1 pkg ranch dressing mix 1 TB lemon juice 1/2 cup crushed walnuts

Mix cheese, ranch mix, and lemon juice with a beater for a out 2 minutes. Wet your hands and form cheese mixture into a ball. Roll into chopped walnuts. Chill and eat!
