Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1 pound ground sausage
3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 eggs, lightly beaten
14.5 ounces canned diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
Topping:
1 cup ketchup
2 TB mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Mix ingredients together. Place in 9x13 pan.
Mix topping ingredients together. Spread on top of meatloaf.
Cover and bake at 375 for 1 hour.
