Monster Cookies

1 c. Sugar 1⅛ c. Brown Sugar 3 Eggs 1½ c. Peanut Butter ¾ tsp. Vanilla ¾ tsp. Karo Syrup ¼ tsp. Salt 2 tsp. Baking Soda 1 stick Margarine 4½ c. Quick Oats Chcoclate Chips M&M's
